My painting is a monochromatic skyline of buildings, telephone lines and a cat sitting on the rooftop. I created my art by using paint and paint thinner. I also used a sponge to blend out the sunset a little. I chose to do this project because I love to watch the sunset and sit on top of high places. I put a cat because I love cats and it can represent me. I like my painting but I do wish I wasn't absent so I could put another layer on the sunset
My painting is an eye half a sun and half a moon with the galaxy coming out of the eye. The moon is a light gray and the sun is a light yellow. The side with the moon is a dark sunset and the side with the sun is a bright sunrise. The eye is pink and the whites of the eyes are light pink. I created my art by using several different kinds of brushes. I also used a sponge to blend out the sunset and sunrise. I chose to do this project because i love space and sunsets/sunrises.I made the planets pink, purple, blue, green and orange because pink is my favorite color, purple is my best friends, blue because its my dads, orange because its my best friends little sisters and green because its my moms favorite.
My cubism painting is a girl whos legs trun into the branches of the tree. The girl is shades of brown, her hair is purple fading into white and the leaves of the tree are pink/red fading into white. The sky is shades of blue and the grass is shades of green. I created my art by using several different kinds of brushes and types of paints. I chose to do this project because I saw it online and I thought it was cool and turning into cubism.
